Nope. These are unofficial personal builds.

Can you build 32-bit version?
Nope due to lack of resources. My sources are open on github. You can build yourself.

Can you add feature X?
Nope. Stability is aim. Browse other ROMs for customization you seek.

Can you make HYDRA kernel or TEMASEK rom?
This is topic for CM13 only. Please do not hijack this topic.

When to expect new update?
Maybe tomorrow. Maybe next week.
Updates are released based on significant development done by me and CM team.
